How does the negotiation process work at Hatiroo®?
- Sample contract from a contractor
When you receive a ready-made contract template from your contractor, you can upload it to the Hatiroo® system and work directly on it.
- Internal opinion
The draft contract from the client is forwarded to the departments or individuals who should review its content and make any necessary changes or comments. It may be necessary to consult with the legal department or an external law firm – each of these steps can be coordinated by Hatiroo®. All changes are made to a single version of the document, so you avoid creating several different draft versions of the contract.
- Negotiations with the customer
When the contract is ready, you can send it to the contractor. They will receive a link to an editable version of the document, where they can quickly and efficiently add their comments. When the contract is returned to you, you can approve the contractor’s comments or, if you disagree with them, make corrections and send it back again. The process is repeated until you have developed a final version of the document that is satisfactory to both parties.
- Signature collection
When the agreement is ready, it is time to collect signatures. The signing process can be initiated by either party.
- Archiving
The final version of the agreement with signatures is saved in the Hatiroo® e-Archive. In the future, you will be able to return to it with just a few simple clicks.
