Trial Workshop
with Hatiroo®
A Trial Workshop is a service through which you will see how Hatiroo® works without obligation. We will work with your corporate processes. You will see how the system can streamline your work with examples that you deal with on a daily basis.
During the workshop you will also test electronic document signing systems such as Autenti® and DocuSign®.
The Trial Workshop is a one-time paid stage, not binding for further cooperation.

What are the benefits of a Trial Workshop with Hatiroo®?
Online meetings with an expert
who will present tools and solutions tailored to your situation, teach you how to use them and answer all your questions.
Our expert will tell you how to arrange and structure your company’s processes so that they take less time, are easier and more intuitive.
Hatiroo® testing server
with configured processes (workflows) of your own choosing. These can be, for example, commercial contracts, e-File, investment applications or any other processes that are crucial in your company.
We know that you want to click around the system on your own before making a decision. An empty system does not allow you to test its full capabilities, so we will prepare for you 2 ready-made processes on which you will be free to test Hatiroo® and click to your heart’s content.
Autenti® i DocuSign® testing server
or electronic signature platforms, through which you will test how each of these tools works without obligation.
We can in theory talk at length about the capabilities of both platforms, but only by checking them out from the inside will you be able to see which one will work better for you.
Analytical Report
in which we will summarize your situation, propose solutions and technologies, as well as recommendations for changes in current processes that can improve daily operations.
The report will help you understand what are the problems you are facing and what steps are worth taking to improve the processing of company documents.
How does the Trial Workshop proceed?
- Server preparation
We will prepare a Hatiroo® test server for you and pre-configure 2 processes (workflows) of your choice. We will also connect the Autenti® and DocuSign® test server for you. We will grant access for 10 people and send invitations to the system.
- System training - online meeting (2 h)
We will discuss the configuration of the prepared workflow processes and correct their settings if necessary. We will conduct a training session on working with the system and provide recommendations for improving the processes that are crucial in your company.
- System testing - 5 days
This is your opportunity to independently test the Hatiroo® system and the platforms for electronic document workflow.
- Q&A session - online meeting (2 h)
After the first tests, it will be time to dispel your doubts. Our expert will answer all your questions that arise during the testing of the system. If necessary, we will also make adjustments to the process configuration.
- System testing - 5 days
After the Q&A session, you will have another 5 days to test Hatiroo®, Autenti® and DocuSign®.
- Preparation of the analytical report
At this stage, we already know quite a bit about what your challenges are and what you need to improve your company’s processes.
Our expert will prepare an Analytical Report for you, in which you will find:
- an analysis of the current state,
- recommendations for changes in current processes,
- recommendations of useful tools and technologies,
- valuation of individual tools,
- a plan for system implementation.
- Discussing the Analytical Report - online meeting (1 h)
During the last meeting of the Trial Workshop, we will discuss the Analytical Report and the conclusions it provides. The expert will answer all your questions about the proposed solutions and tools. If you decide to cooperate at this stage, you will plan the next steps together with the expert.
Only at this point comes the time to sign a contract and plan the implementation of the system.
