It all starts with a short phone call.
When you fill out the contact form, we will call you back and during the phone call (10-20 minutes) we will discuss what you need as a company. At this stage, we will initially determine whether the Hatiroo® system can help you.
If together we decide that Hatiroo® may be the right tool for you, we will schedule a DEMO Demonstration.
DEMO presentation

The DEMO presentation is an online meeting with our expert in workflow and electronic signatures. During the meeting, we will show you how the Hatiroo® system works and looks from the inside. We will focus on presenting those processes that are crucial to you and best suited to your company’s business profile.
If, after the presentation, you decide that you want to see how your processes can be set up in Hatiroo® and would like to test the workflow improvement tools yourself, we will invite you to a Trial Workshop.
Trial workshop
2 weeks
A trial workshop is a service during which:
- You will meet at a training session with an expert who will teach you how to use the system and set up 2 workflows based on the processes in your company;
- you will get access to self-test the system for 10 days;
- on the test server prepared for you, you will check all the technologies connected to each other: Hatiroo® + Office 365 + Autenti® + DocuSign®;
- our expert will answer all your questions that arise during the training or during the self-testing of the system.
After meetings with an expert and independent testing, you will receive a detailed Analytical Report from us.
Analytical Report
After the training and testing in the trial workshop, you will receive from us an Analytical Report on your processes with recommendation of useful tools and solutions. In it, we will describe your current situation and suggest changes to your processes that can improve your company’s workflow and speed up the finalization of contracts.
As part of the report, we will also propose an implementation plan for Hatiroo® in your company.
Contract and implementation
approx. 1 week
When all the details are settled, we sign a contract and proceed with the implementation of Hatiroo® according to the steps proposed in the Analysis Report. Throughout the period of cooperation, we provide you with technical support.
