Review and approval

What is the difference between reviewing and approving?

When the draft document is ready, its content is sent for review, e.g., to the legal department or managers of specific departments. Review may also be necessary when you receive a contract from a contractor with a request for verification
and comments.

Once each of the persons indicated in the system has reviewed the content of the document and added any comments, it is returned to the person who coordinates the process and is responsible for making corrections.

Approval is the next step. It involves sending the complete
and finished document for approval by specific individuals,
subject to certain limits and powers of attorney. This is the last stage before signing. The document can be approved by individuals within your organization or from the contractor’s company.

Hatiroo® eliminates this problem. Each employee can be sure that they are giving their opinion or approving the document in the updated, latest version.

You work with Word, Excel, and PDF files—the ones you are used to. There is no need to learn new document management programs. You also don’t need to download documents to your hard drive—changes are saved immediately on the company server.
