Procrastination, or procrastination, is usually caused by fear of failure or the fact that we simply don’t know how to get down to the task at hand. Often the task also seems too extensive and complicated.
That’s why, when planning all significant changes in a company, it’s worth choosing partners who focus on simplifying and simplifying instead of generating additional procedures. How does the process of implementing an electronic workflow work?
Contact us and we will efficiently guide you through some simple stages that will allow you to gradually implement all employees into the new procedures. There are 6 stages ahead of us.
- A no-obligation meeting. At the first meeting we will show you how our system works, listen to what your company needs and how the document workflow currently looks in the traditional form.
- Software installation. When deciding to install the software, you can choose between two options. The first – the faster one – is to install the software on our infrastructure. In the second option, we install the software on your company’s infrastructure, so we can test the system right away on your employees’ company accounts.
- Business workshop. The third stage is a meeting where we will talk about how you can use electronic document workflow to improve the functioning of your company. We will analyze the processes that all company documents go through and together we will set them on their new path.
- Trial version of the software. After the workshop for 30 days we will provide you with a full version of the Hatiroo® system, which at the meeting will be customized for your company’s processes. Throughout the month you can count on our support – both business and technical. After the testing period comes the time to decide whether
- Hatiroo® software meets your expectations. At this stage you also decide which of the system packages meets your expectations and requirements. If it does, you move on to the next step, which is the direct implementation of the system into your company.
- Piloting. Initially, only a small number of employees use the software, working on a few or a dozen documents. At this stage, we look for ambassadors of the solution, who will later pass on the knowledge of the system’s functioning to their colleagues.
- Production. If the pilot goes well, we implement the software for the entire company.
- Using the software in practice
What sets the Hatiroo® system apart from others is its simple and intuitive operation. As a result, each newly hired person does not need to undergo additional training that lasts for hours – about 30 minutes of instruction is enough for a new employee to use the software efficiently.Very importantly, the functioning of the system mostly does not require the intervention of IT staff. Operation is so simple that anyone, with the appropriate authorizations, can edit the process themselves, shorten or expand it, which significantly speeds up and streamlines work.
Implementing an electronic workflow system is a revolution that, if properly planned, can run smoothly and change the way your company operates for the better. And if you can do things more simply and better, why not take advantage?
