Electronic and traditional signatures
Hatiroo® supports all methods of collecting signatures: on paper, with a qualified signature, or via an electronic signature platform. With Hatiroo®, you have the flexibility to choose and change the type of signature at any time, even during the collection process (e.g., switching from an electronic signature to a traditional paper signature).

How to sign documents in Hatiroo®?
Hatiroo® offers several ways to collect signatures. You can use
the e-signature platform, a qualified signature, or a handwritten signature.
Autenti® + DocuSign®
Hatiroo® is fully integrated with Autenti® – the most popular platform in Poland – and
DocuSign® – the most trusted platform in the world.
Qualified signature
Hatiroo® supports working with documents signed with classic qualified signatures. Selecting this option in the system allows you to maintain control over the document signing process – individuals sign in the correct order and always on the current version of the file.
Handwritten signature
Hatiroo® also allows you to collect traditional, handwritten signatures. In this case, the system requires you to add a scan of the document to the system and activates a process that allows you to monitor the transfer of the paper version of the document to the archive.
Collect e-signatures efficiently and securely
Automation
Once you have finished working on a document, Hatiroo® automatically prepares a package of approved documents for signing (an envelope), specifies the recipients, sets the signature locations, and sends the documents for signing. The process is then taken over by the Autenti® or DocuSign® platform.
With electronic signatures, you don’t have to initial every page of the document. This saves a lot of time for decision-makers in the company. A multi-page document is an integral whole here. There is no risk of replacing one or more pages of the document, and a signature in one place means acceptance of the whole.
Standardization of signature collection
In Hatiroo®, you can prepare a process standard for use in a given department or across the entire organization. You can specify once what types of signatures are required (e.g., for an agreement with an employee, the boss must use a qualified signature, while the employee can use a regular electronic signature). The person preparing the document will not have to analyze each case individually – they will simply use the developed standard.
You can sign documents in electronic form (also with additional SMS verification) and in writing, using qualified certificates or video verification.
From anywhere in the world
The implementation of electronic document circulation with an electronic signature platform significantly facilitates remote work. It enables smooth document processing and transaction finalization regardless of where the people working on a given project are currently located.
Signatures can be submitted at any time and from any device, e.g. from a smartphone, via a mobile app or web browser.
Archiving signed documents
Hatiroo® automatically archives documents signed electronically in Autenti® and DocuSign®. The system also requires that documents signed with a qualified signature or traditionally be added to the e-archive in electronic form or transferred to a physical archive.
Hatiroo® is a central repository for company documents. Employees always know where to find documents,
can easily search for them using defined filters,
and share them.
