Our customers are always our top priority. That’s why we constantly strive to improve the quality of our services and deliver better content. To achieve this, we monitor user behavior—meaning your activity on our site—using Google Analytics and cookies.

If we manage to encourage you to contact us, we will use your personal data to present you with a commercial offer or to help solve your issue.

What Data Do We Collect and What Happens With It?

We collect the absolute minimum amount of personal data. When tracking your behavior on our website, we use cookies and Google Analytics tools.

Data Retention Period

As required by law, we regularly delete your personal data.

We will retain your data for the duration of any contract between us, and for six years after its termination (until the end of the relevant calendar year), in accordance with tax regulations.

Other personal data obtained via the contact form will be anonymized or deleted no later than six years from the date of collection. Why so long? This corresponds with the legal limitation period for potential claims.
