Why Do We Collect Your Personal Data?
Our customers are always our top priority. That’s why we constantly strive to improve the quality of our services and deliver better content. To achieve this, we monitor user behavior—meaning your activity on our site—using Google Analytics and cookies.
If we manage to encourage you to contact us, we will use your personal data to present you with a commercial offer or to help solve your issue.
What Data Do We Collect and What Happens With It?
We collect the absolute minimum amount of personal data. When tracking your behavior on our website, we use cookies and Google Analytics tools.
You are likely familiar with how cookies work—they’re small text files saved by your browser on your device. When you visit our website, your browser sends us this cookie file, allowing us to recognize you as a returning visitor. Of course, you can always hide from us by using Private or Incognito mode in your browser.
You may also notice a contact form available on our site. If you fill it out, the site will send us an email with your request. To contact you, we require at least your email address. Providing a phone number is optional, but it allows us to clarify your needs more quickly.
All collected data is stored in our analytics tools and email system. The security of this data is entrusted to Google and Microsoft.
If we enter into a contract with you, the scope of processed personal data will expand slightly. We may then require:
Company identification data: name, VAT ID, REGON, KRS (if applicable), business address, invoicing email address
Contact details of company representatives: full name, job title, phone number, and email address
Legal Basis for Processing Your Data
We process your personal data based on your explicit consent provided via the contact form. The type and amount of data you share is entirely up to you. Before submitting the form, we will ask you to consent to receiving commercial offers and to the processing of your data.
We may also process your data based on a contract between us, where you or your company is a party and you act as a representative. Naturally, entering into a contract requires you to take action, thereby indicating your consent.
In certain situations, the law requires us to process your personal data—for example, data contained in invoices due to tax regulations.
Is Providing Personal Data Mandatory?
Providing your personal data is not mandatory if you simply wish to schedule a meeting or receive a commercial offer. However, without your data, we won’t be able to contact you.
When we enter into a contract, we only store the data necessary to sign the agreement and for subsequent settlements, such as invoicing.
Who Do We Share Your Personal Data With?
We may (but are not obligated to) share your personal data with third parties only for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or offering you the best possible solution.
